Corporate Account Executive - DACH

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Corporate Account Executive to drive adoption of its process automation platform across the DACH Mittelstand. The role focuses on selling software solutions that orchestrate AI agents, people and systems, helping customers accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with corporate decision‑makers on both business and technical sides.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, promoting Camunda’s automation and agentic solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with ADR, marketing, product, and customer‑success teams to ensure value realization.
• Partner with regional allies to maximize market reach.
• Represent Camunda at industry events and deliver compelling presentations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in software sales, delivering five‑ to six‑digit ARR deals.
• Highly self‑motivated “manager of one” mindset, comfortable working independently and in teams.
• Strong customer focus, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Resilience and results‑driven attitude in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Willingness to continuously learn as the market evolves.
