About the role
The Corporate Finance Executive Director leads the company’s financial planning, budgeting, cash management and strategic treasury activities. This senior position ensures that long‑term corporate strategy is aligned with financial forecasts and that shareholder return targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain corporate financial plans, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Oversee strategic treasury functions, including project finance, debt raising and loan administration.
- Build, review and update detailed financial models for projects, sub‑projects, investments and partnerships.
- Validate project return metrics and ensure compliance with the Project Return Policy.
- Authorize project launches, approve inventory pricing, technical budgets, construction contracts and client payment terms.
- Prepare and update the Group Consolidated Financial Model annually to support the five‑year funding strategy.
- Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and Accounting Directors to guarantee accuracy of forward‑looking financial statements.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and treasury management.
- Proven ability to align financial forecasts with long‑term corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario analysis and risk assessment.
- Track record of managing large‑scale project financing and debt administration.
- Excellent judgment for approving budgets, contracts and payment terms.
