About the role
Alrabat Specialized Engineering is a leading design‑and‑build contractor delivering advanced substructure, foundation and marine engineering solutions across the UAE and the Middle East. The Cost Control Engineer will monitor project budgets, actual costs and forecasts, and support cost reporting and analysis for construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments and forecasts.
- Prepare cost reports and budget‑vs‑actual cost analyses.
- Analyze cost variances, identify overruns and propose savings opportunities.
- Maintain cost control databases and project cost records.
- Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Finance and Site Teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in Cost Control or Project Controls, preferably in construction.
