Cost Control Manager

About the role

Lychee is seeking a Cost Control Manager to become the financial backbone of its operations. You will turn data into decisions, optimise costs, and ensure every Riyal spent adds real value as the company expands into Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product costing on the ERP system, maintaining accurate standard and actual costs.
• Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost structures within the ERP.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. standard) and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and control direct and indirect costs, including raw materials, packaging, labour and overheads.
• Support pricing decisions with cost insights and profitability analysis.
• Set up, maintain and enhance the ERP costing module for real‑time cost tracking.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in ERP cost allocations.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to optimise ERP integration for cost management.
• Oversee stock valuation, reconciliation and ERP‑driven inventory controls.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Generate detailed cost reports for decision‑making and ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
• Provide ERP‑based cost and inventory insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and work cross‑functionally to align cost strategies with business goals.
