Credit Investigator (Banking Compliance)

About the role

We are seeking a Credit Investigator to support our credit team by conducting thorough investigations of corporate and SME clients, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations. The role involves preparing unbiased reports that aid credit decision‑making and maintaining accurate client documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investigation reports for existing and new‑to‑bank (NTB) clients in line with CBE regulations.
• Produce semi‑annual renewal (desk) reports for each client.
• Conduct on‑site visits to client premises, factories and warehouses as required.
• Gather and assess required documentation based on the client’s business activity.
• Research additional information through internet sources and published media.
• Coordinate with business teams to monitor client renewal schedules.
• Maintain a structured database with individual folders for each client.
• Provide administrative support to other departments, including printing I‑Score reports, ACP documents and handling ad‑hoc printing requests.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, investigative and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with standard PC applications.

Required skills

• PC literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office).
