Credit Manager

About the role

The Credit Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the finance team and hotel business partners, supporting the Finance Lead in building a best‑in‑class finance function. This role ensures a robust control and compliance environment while helping the hotel maximise profit and implement finance innovations across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel’s Accounts Receivable/OTC department, managing credit, billing and collection processes.
• Ensure credit facilities, billing and collection are executed in full compliance with policy, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Partner with hotel finance team members and hotel management to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support the Finance Lead in developing and training finance professionals.
• Assist the Finance Leader with any additional tasks required for efficient department operation.

• Strong judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in analysing large data sets accurately.
• Capability to learn and perform essential functions with minimal supervision after training.
