Credit Rating Analyst – International Credit Rating Services

About the role

The Credit Rating Analyst will evaluate the creditworthiness of corporates, SMEs, and financial institutions across multiple sectors. You will conduct in‑depth financial and risk analysis, apply rating methodologies, and communicate clear credit opinions to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, capital structures and peer groups to determine issuer credit strength.
• Perform stress‑testing under various macro‑economic scenarios and assess resilience.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Research macro‑economic trends and sector dynamics to enrich rating insights.
• Prepare comprehensive credit rating reports and commentaries.
• Monitor issuers’ performance and update ratings as needed.
• Incorporate regulatory changes and FRA guidelines into rating methodologies.
• Participate in meetings with issuers and investors to present analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field (MSc or higher is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Innovative mindset and analytical thinking.
