About the role
We are looking for a CRM Administrator to join our Alexandria office. The role focuses on managing and optimizing our CRM platforms, ensuring they support business objectives and deliver a smooth user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer daily operations of CRM systems, including routine maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end‑users.
- Configure, customize and optimize Salesforce.com (and related HubSpot tools) to align with company processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
Required profile
- Strong experience in Salesforce.com administration and system configuration.
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify and improve system inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for non‑technical users.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
