Culture Transformation Coach

About the role

The Culture Transformation Coach will partner with client organisations to turn employee survey data into concrete, high‑impact actions. Working closely with leadership teams, you will guide the design and delivery of interventions that build trust, engagement and sustainable cultural change.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret survey insights and identify priority culture themes for each client.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping culture transformation strategies.
• Design, plan and facilitate employee focus groups, leadership workshops and custom training sessions.
• Extract qualitative insights, produce structured reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support the creation of measurable action plans and provide one‑on‑one coaching for leaders.
• Identify and propose additional culture‑related services based on data‑driven opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend AI‑enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advisory, facilitation or consulting within organisational culture or employee experience.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on leadership alignment.
• Interest and understanding of emerging AI trends and their application to culture initiatives.
