Culture Transformation Coach

About the role

The Culture Transformation Coach supports client organisations in their culture journey beyond survey insights. The role delivers advisory and facilitation services that turn employee feedback into actionable strategies, drives leadership alignment and supports sustainable culture change. It combines advisory, facilitation and client relationship management, with a focus on identifying value-added service opportunities. The coach must also understand emerging AI technologies and recommend AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to interpret survey insights and identify key culture priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on culture transformation strategies.
• Design and deliver customised interventions and workshops (e.g. on trust, engagement, leadership effectiveness).
• Plan, design and facilitate employee focus groups and extract qualitative insights, reporting structured findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate leadership alignment workshops and help clients build structured, measurable action plans.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for leaders.
• Identify culture needs from survey data and recommend culture transformation services, turning data into commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align solutions with account strategy.
• Travel as required to deliver sessions across GCC countries and Egypt.

Required profile

• 7-12 years of experience in organisational development, culture transformation, HR consulting or coaching.
• ICF certification or equivalent coaching qualification preferred.
• Proven track record delivering workshops, focus groups and advisory services.
• Experience in multicultural environments, ideally in the Middle East.
