Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Hours)

About the role

Decima International, a professional services firm providing project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the development of its sourcing and hiring of top talent. The role involves mentoring staff, building long-term relationships with candidates and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposal and negotiation of offers. It is based in Heliopolis, Cairo, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Cairo time.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates through career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and professional networks.
• Evaluating applications, screening candidates by call or email and facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Planning interviews, selection procedures and in-person meetings.
• Creating and running end-to-end hiring processes with a long-term strategy, and managing hiring through an electronic Applicant Tracking System.
• Maintaining records of recruitment materials, including interview notes, and documenting processes.
• Coordinating with hiring managers on staffing needs, selection criteria and candidate expectations.
• Developing sourcing strategies such as employer branding initiatives to build applicant pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
• Fluent English.
• Experience developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Full-cycle recruiting with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Use of company software and databases to reach candidates, and use of social media, CV databases and professional networks.
• Documenting processes and following industry trends.
• Preferred: experience with an applicant tracking system, HR certification, and knowledge of recruiting metrics.
