Customer Care Advisor – Entry Level

About the role

Vodafone Egypt is seeking recent graduates to join its call centre as Customer Care Advisors. You will become a full‑time Vodafone employee from day one, gaining exposure to the leading telecommunications operator in Egypt while developing professional skills in customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow communication scripts to address a variety of topics and resolve inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell Vodafone products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call‑center database.
• Participate in educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance.
• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Committed, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
• Maximum age of 30 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• CCNA certification (preferred).
