About the role
As a Customer Care Advisor you will be the first point of contact for Allianz Partners' clients worldwide, handling inquiries in French and supporting brokers, medical providers, and end‑customers. You will use AI‑enhanced tools to deliver fast, accurate responses while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet department service standards, including a 24‑hour turnaround for written communication and a 2% call abandon rate.
- Utilise conversational AI to answer queries about coverage, claims, hospitalisations, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the in‑house medical team on hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and related cases.
- Manage daily workload and ad‑hoc assignments, following up on individual cases.
- Develop deep product knowledge to deliver timely and accurate information.
Required profile
- Fluent French (high‑level proficiency) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work rotating shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Medical background is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
