About the role
Join a leading international telecom account as a Customer Care Representative. You will provide English‑language support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to telecom services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound contacts with customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or service‑related problems.
- Provide accurate information about telecom products and plans.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality and performance standards set by the client.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (B2‑C1 level).
- Open to graduates, gap‑year students, or individuals without a formal degree.
- Patient, customer‑focused, and able to solve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
