About the role
Preply is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join its global support squad. You will act as a customer advocate, helping learners and tutors resolve issues through written communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer user questions and resolve issues via chat, email and social media.
- Identify recurring problem areas and flag them to the relevant internal teams.
- Collect and track user feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product teams to share insights and help fix bugs.
Required profile
- Previous experience providing support through live chats.
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to propose proactive solutions.
- Customer‑centric, empathetic attitude and good listening skills.
- Team player who can work within a rotating shift schedule.
