About the role

We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, driving the full sales cycle for Microsoft cloud solutions. You will build strong first impressions, nurture long‑term relationships, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, generate sales opportunities and close deals for Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
  • Quarterback the sales process from lead qualification (using BANT) to purchase, creating at least 30 qualified opportunities per month.
  • Maintain a high activity level (60‑90 daily actions) and contact ~200 leads each month.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up‑sell and cross‑sell potential.
  • Deliver a world‑class engagement experience across digital, video, chat, phone and demo channels.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams (“Voice of the Customer”).
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, revenue and usage for assigned products.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) required.
  • 3‑5+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in IT sales.
  • 2+ years of account or customer management experience.
  • Self‑starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Required skills

  • Experience selling Microsoft cloud products: Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools (e.g., BANT, CRM platforms).
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps) – preferred.
