Customer Order Desk Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

The Customer Order Desk Specialist ensures efficient processing of customer orders, maintaining high accuracy and timely delivery. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role supports continuous improvement of order management processes while providing French‑language support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept, validate and create sales orders, checking references and relevant information.
• Manage manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates to customers and stakeholders, and maintain a clean order book.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and order‑related issues across multiple channels.
• Prepare delivery proposals, select alternatives when needed, and escalate deviations.
• Report monthly on order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Maintain and update customer master data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in order management or supply‑chain operations with a focus on customer service.
• Fluency in French (must).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
