Customer Project Technical Expert – Electrical Systems

About the role

As a Customer Project Technical Expert you will lead the technical execution of electrical systems projects across high‑voltage (HV), medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) networks. Based in New Cairo, you will work with global customers to design, implement and test power system architectures that integrate generation, storage, conversion and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery for HV/MV/LV power network projects.
• Design comprehensive power system architectures and translate customer requirements into optimized solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams through design, supplier management, implementation and testing phases.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data‑center operators, EPCs, consultants and end‑customers to ensure solution alignment.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in data‑center or industrial power projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent English and a university degree (MSc/BSc) in Electrical Engineering.
