About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Retention & Sales Representative to engage existing learners, promote course renewals and drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the student journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up with learners to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
• Provide high‑quality support throughout the student journey and handle inquiries professionally.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and use insights to improve outcomes and encourage renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused attitude.
