About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in French to join our team in Giza. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, delivering high‑quality support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer inquiries via telephone in French and English.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Meet daily and monthly service level targets and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer‑oriented service and satisfaction.
- Professional telephone manner and effective communication techniques.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on‑site under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
