About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our call centre team supporting FedEx shipping services. You will handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information on bookings, quotations, and package status, and help identify revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer shipping‑related customer calls, including bookings, quotations, supply requests and package status inquiries.
- Provide clear advice and information about FedEx services, shipping solutions and requirements.
- Identify and document potential revenue and automation opportunities arising from inbound calls.
- Record all relevant call details following the established procedure.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Zero to one year of relevant experience.
