Customer Service Engineer – Egypt (Libya Support)

About the role

The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining UIH diagnostic imaging equipment for customers in Egypt while providing support for sites in Libya. The role involves close collaboration with regional and headquarters Customer Care Centers to ensure high‑quality technical assistance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites within the designated product range.
• Work with the Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates under supervision.
• Attend service training courses and obtain the UIH Professional Certificate.
• Escalate issues when customer satisfaction is at risk and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Perform on‑site training, replace spare parts, and carry out system configuration and debugging.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical associate’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (e.g., radiotherapy).
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve faults in the field.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer‑oriented service attitude.
• Flexibility to travel, work unsociable hours, and adapt to varying schedules.
• Valid driving licence with a good driving record.
