Customer Service Engineer (RT)

About the role

The Customer Service Engineer (RT) will be responsible for installing and maintaining UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This role works closely with regional and head‑quarter Customer Care Centers to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the assigned product range at customer locations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates under supervision.
• Attend service training courses and pursue the UIH Professional Certificate to enhance technical competence.
• Escalate issues when customer satisfaction is at risk and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Perform on‑site training for customers and replace spare parts as needed.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical associate degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (RT).
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office, and networking infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in the field.
• Excellent communication, customer‑oriented service attitude, and teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility to work travel, unsociable hours, and on‑site locations.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
