Customer Service Internship – Supply Chain

About the role

Join Lesaffre Egypt’s Supply Chain Department as a Customer Service Intern. You will assist the team in handling French‑speaking customers across Africa, gaining hands‑on experience in customer relationship management, logistics coordination and cross‑functional communication within a multinational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily customer service operations and account coordination activities.
• Assist in managing communication with assigned French‑speaking customers.
• Help track logistics, order status and follow‑up actions.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer relationships and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams when required.
• Prepare reports and support operational follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required).
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Mass Communication.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
