Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Tanta. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support, driving performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Customer Service team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure service KPIs are achieved.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Train, coach, and motivate customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service, including prior experience as a Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Residency in Tanta, Gharbia, or Mahalla.
