About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our banking team. You will interact with clients through inbound and outbound calls or online channels, providing assistance and resolving routine issues related to our financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve routine problems concerning banking products.
  • Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support when necessary.

Required profile

  • Fluent English communication skills (B2‑C1 level).
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.
