About the role
Aura Communication is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative who speaks English at a C1 level. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site in Giza and remotely. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in line with company policies and standards.
Required profile
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at C1 level.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Attention to detail, good time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
