Customer Service Representative – Cairo

About the role

TP Cairo EG is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative to join its Cairo team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, chat and other channels while delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer questions about products and services via multiple communication channels.
• Troubleshoot basic issues, record interactions in the system, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain high service quality standards.
• Meet performance targets, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, and participate in regular training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer support and demonstrate empathy.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM tools and communication platforms; quick learner of new software.
• Problem‑solving, active listening, attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, including rotating shifts if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Previous contact‑center experience is an advantage.
