About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Call Center Specialist to join our team at the Cairo Festival Mall in New Cairo. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Register customer requests in the system and maintain accurate data records.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate departments within the Contact Center.
- Follow up on tickets until each request or complaint is fully resolved.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support outbound call campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree holder (graduates only).
- Very good to excellent command of the English language.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, with the last shift ending at 11:00 PM.
- Availability for six working days per week with one rotating day off.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
