About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Call Center Specialist to join our team at the Cairo Festival Mall in New Cairo. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

Answer and place calls in a timely and professional manner.
Register customer requests in the system and maintain accurate data records.
Escalate complaints to the appropriate departments within the Contact Center.
Follow up on tickets until each request or complaint is fully resolved.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support outbound call campaigns.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree holder (graduates only).
Very good to excellent command of the English language.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, with the last shift ending at 11:00 PM.
Availability for six working days per week with one rotating day off.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
