Customer Service Representative – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our bank’s front‑line team. You will interact directly with customers, understand their financial needs and guide them to the most suitable products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products or services.
• Handle account‑related inquiries and requests in a professional manner, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell bank products to meet yearly sales targets.
• Migrate customers to digital and self‑service channels such as PB, IB, ATM, cheque‑deposit boxes and SMS.
• Maintain up‑to‑date brochures and marketing materials.
• Safely manage custody items and keys according to the custodian matrix and procedures.
• Follow the Branch Operating Model and support the Branch Manager with any assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Recent graduate (no prior professional experience required).
• Strong awareness of bank products, services, rules and regulations.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
