About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our Cairo office. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support to our customers through prompt, courteous, and effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process orders, requests, and service changes accurately.
- Resolve issues and manage escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in multiple systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; candidates over 28 with a high‑school diploma are also considered.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and issue‑escalation skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate several systems.
- Excellent organization and time‑management to handle multiple interactions.
- Team‑oriented mindset and flexibility to work shift schedules.
- Previous customer‑service or call‑center experience is a plus.
