About the role
The Customer Service Representative will focus on existing learners, presenting course renewal options and driving conversion. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding each student's progress and tailoring renewal solutions to meet their learning goals.
Key responsibilities
- Contact current customers to introduce renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend personalized renewal plans.
- Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
