About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cairo. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for our B2B digital card and voucher clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information about our digital products.
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and timely communication.
- Document interactions and update records in our CRM system.
- Support day‑to‑day service operations in a fast‑paced environment, including rotational and night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre or related fields is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
