نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث شركة Concentrix في فرع الإسكندرية عن ممثل خدمة عملاء يتقن اللغة الإنجليزية للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم عبر الهاتف. يتطلب الدور القدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وتقديم حلول سريعة وفعّالة.
المهام الرئيسية
- الرد على مكالمات العملاء وتسجيل طلباتهم.
- تقديم معلومات واضحة حول المنتجات والخدمات.
- متابعة الشكاوى وضمان حلها ضمن الوقت المحدد.
- العمل بنظام الورديات الليلية والنهارية حسب الجدول.
الملف المطلوب
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية متميزة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
- الاستعداد للعمل في نوبات ليلية ووردية متناوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة إدارة المكالمات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ودقة تسجيل المعلومات.

- فترة تدريب مدفوعة الأجر لمدة شهر.
- نقل داخل وخارج الموقع على مدار 24/7.
- تأمين طبي واجتماعي شامل.
