Customer Service Representative (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Portuguese‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Cairo team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Portuguese‑speaking customers, delivering fast, courteous and effective support across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Portuguese via phone, email and live chat.
• Identify the root cause of issues, propose appropriate solutions and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and clear communication.
• Accurately record all interactions, actions taken and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Advanced to native fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Good command of English for internal communication and training.
• Strong listening, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• High computer literacy and quick learning of new tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for logging and tracking customer interactions.
