About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join ACOUSTIEG’s team in a fully remote, flexible environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and accurately, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative acoustic solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide clear, accurate information about ACOUSTIEG’s services and products.
- Follow up on requests, track progress, and ensure issues are resolved to client satisfaction.
- Handle concerns professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update internal systems as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- High level of responsiveness and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service.
