About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a major retail account. You will be the friendly voice that assists customers, resolves product inquiries, processes orders, and handles returns while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer calls and messages regarding product information.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage product returns and refunds according to policy.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

Graduate degree (any field).
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Flexible availability for rotational shifts.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Competitive salary package up to 20,000 EGP gross per month.
Transportation provided both ways.
Rotational shift schedule.
