About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a major retail account. You will be the friendly voice that assists customers, resolves product inquiries, processes orders, and handles returns while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and messages regarding product information.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage product returns and refunds according to policy.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any field).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Flexible availability for rotational shifts.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
