About the role
We are looking for a Spanish‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our travel‑industry call centre in Maadi. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound communications, providing accurate information on products, pricing and availability while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil customer needs.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workload.
- Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher and English at B1 level or higher.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Willingness to start immediately.
