About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Specialist to engage existing learners, promote course renewals and drive conversion. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the student journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
- Follow up with learners to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Provide high‑quality support, handling inquiries professionally across the student lifecycle.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvements to boost learning outcomes and renewals.
- Build strong relationships to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset comfortable in a performance‑based environment.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused approach.
