About the role
Wego is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its Cairo office. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the booking process.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Educate clients on procedures, pricing, and travel options.
- Verify client information and maintain accurate records in the contact‑center database.
- Follow communication scripts and handle complaints to achieve resolution.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Graduate in any discipline; military service completed or exempted.
- Willingness to work rotational, night and overnight shifts onsite.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
