About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join Concentrix’s Alexandria site. You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls or online channels, promoting basic products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and internet interactions.
Sell basic products and services, processing orders and sales.
Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Required profile

Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
Immediate availability to start.
