Customer Service Specialist – Inbound/Outbound Sales

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join Concentrix’s Alexandria site. You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls or online channels, promoting basic products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and internet interactions.
- Sell basic products and services, processing orders and sales.
- Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
- Immediate availability to start.
