About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to engage with our existing learners, present course renewal options, and help drive conversion. The role focuses on understanding each student’s learning journey and offering tailored solutions that encourage continued education.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact current customers to introduce renewal options and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend personalized renewal plans.
  • Monitor student progress, analyse performance data, and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
