About the role
TUT, a leading e‑commerce platform based in Cairo, is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Specialist to join its office in Qesm El Maadi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly through calls, emails and chat.
- Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and enhance overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Proficiency in standard customer support and service practices.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work with CRM or support tools.
- Customer‑first mindset with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in a customer‑oriented role is a plus.
