About the role

Sutherland is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering efficient and empathetic support to customers while representing the company’s commitment to digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide tailored solutions that address individual customer needs.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through clear communication and proper phone etiquette.
• Document interactions and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without formal degrees.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus.
• Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
