Customer Support Representative – English (Chat & Email)

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for users of a leading cryptocurrency trading platform. You will handle inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring a high‑quality experience while continuously improving service processes in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in English through live chat and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Bybit platform, crypto‑market fundamentals, and current market conditions.
• Manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Identify discrepancies, potential risks, or unusual situations and report them to management.
• Contribute ideas to improve team performance, efficiency, and operational processes.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• 2–4 years of experience in frontline customer service, preferably in live‑chat or email support.
• Background in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration, or related analytical fields is a plus.
• Comfort working with numerical data, statistics, and detailed information.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work onsite.
