Customer Support Representative – English Speaker (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in 6th of October City. This full‑time, evening‑shift position offers a supportive environment with low call volume and clear opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during the evening shift (Monday‑Friday).
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support or call‑center role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work the evening shift and be based in or near 6th of October City.
