Customer Support Specialist - Turkish Speaker

About the role

Join Henkel’s Adhesives business as a Customer Support Specialist focused on Turkish‑speaking B2B clients. You will be the first point of contact for technical and informational inquiries, helping customers make the most of Henkel’s adhesive solutions while expanding your own product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and web forms, providing first‑level technical and product information.
• Identify, qualify and categorize incoming requests, routing complex cases to specialist teams.
• Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Support business growth by spotting and qualifying new customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, sales and service teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer care or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Fluent Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
