Cybersecurity Penetration Testers Team Leader

About the role

CCDS is looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Penetration Test Team Leader to head its offensive security unit. You will guide a group of expert testers and bug hunters, delivering comprehensive security assessments and actionable mitigation strategies for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of penetration testers and bug hunters focused on red‑team engagements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across diverse environments and technologies.
• Develop and refine testing methodologies, playbooks, and tools to boost team effectiveness.
• Conduct advanced threat simulations, including social engineering, network exploitation, and application attacks.
• Analyze and validate discovered vulnerabilities, producing clear, prioritized reports.
• Engage with clients to communicate findings, risk impacts, and remediation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging threats, hacking techniques, and security technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on penetration testing, red‑team, vulnerability research, or bug hunting.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or team‑lead role within offensive cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing technical teams and liaising with clients.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, CISSP are highly preferred.
• Saudi nationality preference as per company policy.
