Data Analytics AI & Tools Officer (PMO)

About the role

The Data Analytics AI & Tools Officer (PMO) will shape sales excellence, advanced analytics, digital tools and AI adoption across Schneider Electric’s One Solution Operations Customer Project Office. The role drives AI‑enabled decision intelligence, automation and digital workflows to improve opportunity management, execution performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Delegated Admin and bFO Super Champion, supporting and training users, designing master data structures and participating in ticket resolution and testing.
• Lead global digitization initiatives by collaborating with CPO teams, identifying best practices, evaluating scalability and standardising digital tools and dashboards.
• Champion AI and automation adoption, conduct task reviews, work with AI specialists, train teams and track AI‑adoption KPIs.
• Develop and maintain bFO dashboards for opportunity portfolios across regions and provide monthly performance analysis.
• Liaise with IT, Digital Transformation Leaders, Data Officers and E2E Architects to mobilise resources and ensure alignment with Schneider Electric’s digital transformation roadmap.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Data, Digital Systems or Business with strong IT acumen.
• Proven experience in data analytics, enterprise digital tools and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced analytical thinking, strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
